Hello,
one of our customers is currently having problems logging into our service portal. Nothing has changed in the service portal and nothing has changed on customer side.
For the customer's colleagues everything is still working without any problems.
So far we have tried:
- Change browser
- Delete cache/cookies
- Private mode
- Logging in with SSO
Everything was not successful. Can you help?
