I'm having problems with the Resource Planning. Some of the tasks I plan for my team are disappearing what has caused a lot of trouble. Choosing the option Resource Plan, I pick an user, plan a task and save perfectly. But when I refresh the page or a few days later, that task disappears. This problem used to happen from time to time, but in the last week it has happened frequently. How can this problem be resolved?
Hi Renata,
The first thing that comes to my mind is that the users are using the plans for tracking their time.
On the server version, when you click on the plan to track your time, the planned time will disappear after the time has been logged by the users. I assume it works the same way on cloud.
I hope that helps, have a good one.

Hi Melo!
I see...
The problem is that some of the tasks disappear immediately, after refreshing the page, or even days before the users register their time. And it disappears to other users on my team, including me, except for whoever I planned the task.
Thanks a lot for your message and help!
Have a good one too.
Renata

Hi Renata,
That's weird. Usually, In cases likes this, I would try solving it through vendor support. They are very attentive.
