Obrigada por entrar em contato com o Atlassian Community!

Verificando os logs do seu site, há apenas esse mesmo erro que você compartilhou, sem mais detalhes do que pode ser o problema.

Antes de começar o problema, foi habilitado 2FA nesse email? Caso sim, será necessário utilizar o App password.

If you’re using Gmail, you'll need to set up 2-Step Verification and an App Password with your Google account. Then enter your App Password in the Password field.

If your Microsoft account uses multi-factor authentication, you can use OAuth by clicking on the Microsoft logo, or set up an application-specific password.

Caso não, por favor, delete o email e tente conectar novamente com a nova senha. Vá no ícone de engrenagem no canto superior direito > Produtos > Solicitações de e-mail e em Endereços de e-mail, clique em Excluir para remover o email. Depois volte ao projeto e adicione novamente.
