Problem with certificate on Jira Service Desk server

Good afternoon! I'm having trouble installing a certificate on our Jira Service Desk server, with Apache Tomcat. We are generating our certificate using the Certify the Web (Lets Encrypt) tool and exporting the files. But it's not working. Can you guide me on the process? Does Atlassian offer the certificate service so that we can install it on our server? Thank you for your attention!
