Problem with ITSM Service Desk translations

Hi,

Translation of service desk is not complete - some of the phrases are in Polish (this is our default language), and of them are not.

Please check the example below - 'opis' is a Polish word, but 'summarize the problem' phrase was not translated ;)

 

How can we overcome this, is there any way so we can fix the translation?

The translations are a littlebit all over the place. And if you need multilanguage support you would even need an App.

To translate "Summarise the problem", as well as the other fields. you need to go into the project settings of your service desk project. There you need to go into each request type and rename the fields there. "Summarise the problem" is actually the Summary field which has been renamed to ""Summarise the problem" so you just need to rename it into polish instead.
