Previous access is missing

Prior to the most recent changes to Jira, I had full access for removing/adding users.  This role has not changed for me, however when I go to remove inactive users now, the relevant paths are no longer appearing for me.  When attempting to access the admin portal, it now tells me I require access from my admin - I am the primary admin on this site (or should be).  Can anyone help regarding the process to regain my previous accesses?

Hi @seelye_naomi 

Where are you trying to remove inactive users from? Is it https://admin.atlassian.com/ ?

If this issue is still occurring, I would check...

  • You are signed in using the correct email - if you have multiple Atlassian accounts
  • If you still have other admin permissions - for example, can you see User Management or Billing in the Settings menu? What about Issues or System?

And, if there are other Admins, ask them to check your permissions also.
