Prior to the most recent changes to Jira, I had full access for removing/adding users. This role has not changed for me, however when I go to remove inactive users now, the relevant paths are no longer appearing for me. When attempting to access the admin portal, it now tells me I require access from my admin - I am the primary admin on this site (or should be). Can anyone help regarding the process to regain my previous accesses?
Where are you trying to remove inactive users from? Is it https://admin.atlassian.com/ ?
If this issue is still occurring, I would check...
And, if there are other Admins, ask them to check your permissions also.
