Power BI App Login

So I was just given access to Power BI Connector for Service Management. I have created a new data series that I would like to look at what information it pulls. But when I click on the URL to open the report, it requests a username and password. Not being given anything else, I entered my Jira credentials. That didn't work.

Is there another set of credentials that I should have?
