Hi
I would like to know if is it possible add more elements in the ticket when we are viewing the ticket in the portal, when we "View request in portal".
I'm referring to the right section below "Shared with"(or other place that may apply in the portal ticket view)
it looks like the ticket details are missing (severity, creation date) and the basic fields also.
the ticket looks empty with the default elements.
Any ideas?

This is expected, currently you cannot add additional fields like priority, created, etc to the detailed view. But Atlassian just added so you as a portal admin can add those fields when the user are viewing all their requests:
