Portal - common requests being shown on the homepage

Right now, our portal looks like this when they click on a portal:

When the customer clicks the 'need to raise a request' only then it looks like this:

But I want it to look like that from the beginning, so customers don't need to click on a button again before selecting which kind of request they need. Like this:

Where can I change this?

Because I don't know how I added the KB links there.

Hi @ACN Helpdesk

The hierarchy is Help Center > Project > Request Types

So the Help Center shows all JSM projects you have created. Once you select the Project, then it will show all of the Request Types you have for that project.

The Help Center can only be changed in one place for ALL projects. This is the look and feel - colors, banner graphic, etc.

Then in the Project portal, you can change the logo for the project and the introductory text for the project.

Then each Request Type in the project can have some text associated with each.

So, having said all of that, which one of those are you wanting to change?

Hi John, I know that that is the hierarchy, but as you can see from my screenshot from one of the courses on jira university, the buttons to the different request types already show up on the page of the project.

You can see in my first screenshot that this isn't the case for us. In ours, I only have the 'Need to raise a request' button. And once you click that it shows the buttons.
How do I show the buttons for the different requesttypes in this place?

It looks like that top screen shot is an internal setup your company is using. The very last screenshot is what it looks like in Jira. It appears you are using Citrix. You would need to talk with your IT folks about how they have set that up.
