When somebody mails a Service Desk request for the first time, Service Desk creates a Portal Customer. It defaults the customer name to the email address though, even thou the name is available in the message header.
Is there a way to default the customer name to the name in the message header.

When a customer account is created, the full name on the site will be their email address until they finish the account creation or if a site admin edits the full name on User management > Jira Service Desk.
Currently, it's not possible to add the full name at the moment the account is created by email or when an agent/admin invites them.
