Our service desk is considering the move to JIRA Service desk. However, the crucial functionalitu is integration with existing Call Center software.
We need functionality, that creates JIRA ticket, when end-user calls to service desk phone.
What options do Cloud version offers?

If your Call centre software creates emails, then you can configure Jira Service desk project to read that email and it will create ticket from it (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-email-address/)
You would either search for market place apps (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=call) for this purpose OR contact the Atlassian partners (https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/)
