Pie Chart in a dashboard is not displaying for Shared people

This Dashboard is shared out to a group and they can see the dashboard.

The Pie charts on the dashboard do not display for the group.  The filter used in the Pie Charts is shared to the people attempting to view the information.

It used to be a known issue that if the filter used in the pie chart is shared with editors, the users who are overlapped as both editors and viewers will not be able to access the filter.

Try removing the editors and confirm if this is indeed the problem.
