Personalizar layout de abertura de chamados no Jira Service Management

Olá!

Tenho um projeto no Jira Service Management e gostaria de personalizar a área de abertura de chamados (incluindo campos e alterando a ordenação). Em projetos do JIra Server basta acessar Configurações do projeto > Itens > Layout, mas qual é o equivalente no Jira Service?

Welcome to the community.  You can access Project settings >> Request types UI, then from the UI select the form that you want to adjust.

You will see two different tabs - "Request form" and "Issue view" 

1) Request form tab - one can arrange the field on the request form layout for the portal *what your customers will see via the portal)

2) Issue view - one can arrange the issue view layout as displayed in the project UI.

Olá Leticia!
Eu uso o JSM em inglês então não vou conseguir te passar os nomes em português, mas o caminho é o seguinte:

Project Settings > Request Types > (Escolha um Tipo de solicitação) > Request Form

Espero que ajude.
