Jira Server 8.11
I have a user who is in the jira-servicedesk-user group. He is able to edit project settings and edit automations for the service desk. However, when he tries to do an "Alert User" action - he can't find any users to alert. When I try it (I have a lot more permissions than he does) I am able to. What permission does he need in order to be able to do the Alert User action on an automation properly?
Has anyone else run into this issue? Thanks!
The user account needs a service desk license. So you should put the account to the service desk agents.
