Permission Error

Hi,

I set the user Fernanda to be the default assignee of my JSD project. Please see here.

But now This error keeps appearing in my screen.

But as you can see here, the user Fernanda already has role "service desk team".

I even added Fernanda to role "administrator", but the error persists.

How can I fix that?

Hm, did you make sure, Fernanda is not only a jira user but also an jsd agent? 

As an admin or site admin open the user in user management and check if they have access to the jsd application.

@David Friedrich I can't believe this was the problem. Yes, you are right. She did not have access do JSD application.
