A number of our users have reported issues with the Password reset email not delivering to their account. It does not reach their email or junk folders so they cannot reset their password.
Platform on one occasion was outlook and icloud.

Checking the domains associated with your site, both had no blocks or bounces on our side.
Just to make sure that we are on the same page, are you referring to internal users or customers? I’m asking because I saw that your site also has Jira Service Desk.
