hey folks - I have an incredibly odd situation that I'd love some help with.
We have a fairly standard (I think) Service Management setup, with:
- A templated 'Incident' form that creates open incidents
- A templates Post Incident Review form
All appears as it should do on the incident form.
But when our users click the 'Add PIR' button within an incident, on first load of the popup form, it seems to load up a generic form (even though they request type is set as 'Post Incident Review'.
If the user either:
- Refreshes the page
- In the request type drop down, selects 'no incident type', then selects back to the 'Post Incident Review' request type
the correct, templated, Post Incident Review form is shown.
This is repeatable every time the 'Add PIR' button is clicked in the incident page.
Has anyone seen anything like this where the form doesn't load on first click, but a simple refresh of the page presents the correct form?
