Out-of-the-box knowledge base in Jira Service Management : Prerequisites to implement it ?


I would like to use the new function "Out-of-the-box knowledge base in Jira Service Management".

I have consulted various documentations, but I still don't understand what are the prerequisites to implement it.

1st question, is it necessary to activate a free "Confluence" module?

I still don't see any progress on the unfolding, although I have received several announcements that this new service was available.

I thougth it was indeed not implemented yet, but there is no difference. If you activate Confluence now via Servicedesk you see that you subscribe for a 0 euro tier.
