So we have the following situation within the same project:
- Big corporations with hundreds of users and 1 or a few people who should be able to view all the tickets submitted within the same organization. They don't want to get notifications in regards to issues submitted, only view them in Portal, unless someone decides to share with them directly an issue.
- Small organizations producing smaller volumes, pretty content with getting notifications for each other's issues
And my concern is: how to bridge the interest of these two groups? If I bomb notifications, small companies will complain; if I let it flow wide, big hitters will complain about 100 messages daily.
Help me community, you are my only hope.
