I notice that, the Queue view for agents doesn't allow the Organizations column to be sorted by clicking on the Column label, as most others do.
Is there any way around this, without having to use JQL?
Create boards and use swimlanes?

This is in Service Management for the agents. The Queue facility is out of the box. Most of the other columns are sortable, I can understand why Organizations isn't, so I wondered if I was missing a setting or something....
