Option to change default message send to client when ticket is closed.

Hi! I need change the default massage send to the customer when a ticket closed. Where is the option. We have migrated in cloud version last Friday. I am a super administrateur. Here is our IP for our cloud support.

Hi @soutien_viridem_ca , 

To modify the Customers notifications such the one is triggered when the ticket is closed in your JSM project:

1) Go to Project Settings

2) Click on Customer Notifications

3) Choose Edit on  the Customer Notification you want to modify ... in your case: Request Resolved

4) Edit the Content and save
