One mailbox accessed by two Jira services

Hello,

I have one mailbox and two Jira services which should read from this mailbox:

1. A service project with configured “Email requests”. For known customers, requests are automatically created.
2. An incoming mail handler which should create requests for the unknown customers in a different project

This worked until an update of Jira was performed.

Any idea how I could achieve this behavior again?

I have a Jira server installaion (on premises) version 8.20.0
