Once i create the Incident i can see that Create Subtask link but i don't want to see this in Incide

Hi,

Once i create the Incident i am able to see Create subtask in the incident screen.

I want to see this Create subtask only for Change Request.

If i create the change request then only i want to see the Create subtask

Please find the Create Issue screen

Hi @Sreenadh if subtasks are enabled and the subtask issue type is part of the issue type scheme associated with the project, then you will see this button for every Base issue type, this cannot be changed.

Is there any possibility to restrict the same. it means that if i create Change request at the same time only i can see the Create subtask link.

Please help me out on the same. because i don't want to see the Create subtask for all the Issue Types it is the customer requirement i can't able to change the same.

So currently, there are no other possibilities.
