Once i create the Incident i am able to see Create subtask in the incident screen.
I want to see this Create subtask only for Change Request.
If i create the change request then only i want to see the Create subtask
Please find the Create Issue screen

Is there any possibility to restrict the same. it means that if i create Change request at the same time only i can see the Create subtask link.
Please help me out on the same. because i don't want to see the Create subtask for all the Issue Types it is the customer requirement i can't able to change the same.
If any possibility please help me.
