Hi,
Once i approve the request SLA would be changed Waiting for System Owner Approval then Time to Second Level Approval need to trigger but in my case it is not working as expected.
But once i close the ticket then i can see all the SLA's are attached to the ticket.

Now the status is Waiting for System Owner Approval at this point SLA is
Time to Second Level Approval has to Trigger but it will not triggering.
Once it is Approved then
