Hi,
On JSM Cloud when a ticket is created (either by an e-mail or using the JSM interface) and a custom field on the ticket, named "Team", has the value 'ABC' we want to forward the information in the Jira ticket to a specific e-mail address.
From my searching the community I see there are ways to send an e-mail to the Assignee or Reporter but cannot find examples what I'm trying to do with a separate e-mail address.

Hi Shaun,
You can create a Jira automation rule (project setting -> automation)
Trigger = New issue
Action = Send email
