Is it possible to store our Jira Service Management database on-premise?

We are a small business that only has 2 agents right now, but we are approaching the 2GB limit on storage for the free account.  Until we have over 3 agents, it would be great to continue to use the free version.

If on-premise storage is not a thing, are there other options?

Thanks!

Hello @Joe van Teylingen

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

On premise storage of the data for a Jira Cloud product is not possible.

If you are approaching the 2 GB storage limit you will need to either upgrade to a paid subscription or remove some of the items consuming the storage. Refer to this page for more information:

Storage is primarily used by attachments. You could consider using an alternate application for storing those attachments, and add links in Jira issues to reference those attachments.

You have posted your question in the Jira Service Management forum. If there are attachments to which your Customers need access, whatever alternate storage you use would need to be made accessible to those customers also.
