Hi
I'd like to ask if you can create a kanban board in on-prem JSW from a saved filter that relies on data from cloud JSM?
My example and use case:
I would have a filter for all open changes in Cloud JSM which then I'd like to display in a kanban board in a specific project on on-prem JSW.
I've tried it with a trial version of a cloud JSW and / cloud JSM , these are completely fine, but I'd rather know the answer to this specific combination of hosting types. Is the application link between the two instances enough for this to work? Or do we need an addon like Backbone Issue Sync for example to bi-directionaly sync the Changes between the two instances?
Thanks!
G.
There's no way to do this directly - boards can only select issues from the system they are running on.
You will indeed need to synchronise two systems with something like Backbone.
Thanks for comfirming!
I had a hunch there's a need for an addon for this scenario. 😊
