We are using Okta for SSO and a support email is generated if a user needs access. This email creates a Service Desk ticket, but the reporter set to firstname.lastname@example.org. The details of the actual user are in the ticket body.
Can the body be scraped to set the user's email as Reporter instead of email@example.com?
