Im able to authorize my Incoming Mail using OAuth2.0 but when I test the connection I get the following error

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:
The settings im using are -
Secure_POP3
Protocol 995
Timeout 10000
Connection - Azure SSO - Microsoft OAuth2.0
Pop3 is Enabled
The email has a License and a mailbox
Has anyone come across this issue or experienced this.
