How to notify the e-mail addresses that are present in the field E-mail Participant?
We’ve add in several ticket mail addresses of users how are not added as customer in Jira we only want to inform then when there is a ticket that’s specific for them.
We are using Jira servicedesk (cloud) and JEHM version V1.3.305.
When we make an update on a ticket the reporter and assignee will get an update. The mail addresses in the field Email Participants however not.
How can we achieve that the update is also send to the Email Participants?
I‘ve already configurated this in JEHM under Notifications -> E-mail -> Field Email address Custom Fields the fields email participants
But that doesn’t solve this issue.
Anyone an idea what to do?
