Ariane Giraud August 12, 2024

In our company, we need to notify the Audit department whenever a ticket is approved.

How can this option be configured?

Hi @Ariane Giraud

You can that with automation.

What Jira are you using? Software? service desk? HR? work management?

A ticket approved means there is a STATUS called approved?

Regards

Aaron

HI @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_

We have a Jira Service Desk Project with two automation running. One auto-assigns a responsible person for the issue, and once it is ready, a second automation is activated for an approval circuit.
Can a third automation be added, or must it be embedded inside the approval circuit?
