Notificar usuário sobre o SLA após abertura de serviço

Fala pessoal, agradeço desde já o apoio.

 

Existe alguma forma de notificar o usuário sobre o SLA de atendimento para a solicitação aberta? De forma automática, é claro.

Oi @Edvan Jose da Silva Junior, bem vindo a comunidade!

Para esse caso voce pode usar "Automation for Jira". 

  • Configure uma "rule" com trigger "SLA threshold breached", vc pode selecionar quanto tempo antes ou depois a automacao deve rodar. 
  • Selecione a condicao normalmente checando issue type ou service request
  • Nao action voce pode selecionar adicionar comentario, e para mostrar informacao sobre o SLA vc usa {{"SUBSTITUIR PLEO NOME DO SLA".ongoingCycle.breachTime.friendly}}
