We are facing some issues in JSM Project Customer Notifications and not getting emails to the Customer. So User/Customers are not able to receive the notifications from there end and we have some Automations made on that. So how can we fix it.
How can we fix this issue in JSM Projects ?
Is this happening to all users and customers?
Only for comments or other events (creation, update ticket, transition) too?
Can you check the notification schema for the project and make sure it is set up as needed?

Hey Sam, we're having that issue over here too.
We have had to put the public comment added with customers involved and reporter in the TO field.
The problem we have now is that the platform is duplicating the message out.
Any suggestions on stopping the resending?
