We are looking at migrating from Server to Cloud. We have started designing our new cloud instance and I am flabbergasted that basic functionality such as being able to send documents to our customers is missing.
So in Server we attach a document to the ticket and then reference that ticket in the comment back to the customer.
This functionality doesn't exist in the Cloud from what I can tell.
Any of you clever folk know of any workarounds or when this feature will be available?
Hi @PhilSpo , you should be able to upload an image/document while in the "Reply to Customer" dialog box. Attaching something as a public comment will both add it to the ticket and share it with the customer. Attaching something as an internal comment or to the ticket itself will keep it private/internal.
