No puedo editar o eliminar una Incidencia
Hola Grupo! mucho gusto en saludarlos, espero puedan brindarme una mano con este problema. Se creo un proyecto de pruebas TI en el cual esta todo funcionando con excepcion del sistema de mensajes de correos. Internamente se reciben mensajes, pero por fuera no.
Jira SM indica que hay un problema con el tipo de incidencia, en las fotos se muestra el error en cada paso.
