Next Action and Next Action Due Date

Hi,
Are we able to add those two fields above into each ticket type that is currently set up on Service Desk please?

Add these fields into all ticket types without 'damaging anything', ex. changing requests flow or due to adding new fields without removing anything as a result...?

Hope that makes sense.
