When clicking view response on the email and it takes you to the service desk, the layout is horrible, I have a custom signature and it fills up about 10 pages of failed pictures, attached is an example and you can scroll down about 10 pages before you reach the bottom.
How to I customize it to display correctly
It is currently not possible to block attachments from email requests when creating tickets.
