Newly created ticket raised via email not displaying well on the service desk

When clicking view response on the email and it takes you to the service desk, the layout is horrible, I have a custom signature and it fills up about 10 pages of failed pictures, attached is an example and you can scroll down about 10 pages before you reach the bottom.

How to I customize it to display correctly

Hi @Ollie Whayman,

It is currently not possible to block attachments from email requests when creating tickets.

There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

 You can vote for those and watch them fur further updates.

yep and please do as this is ugly stuff. i hate it but also understand it. many these days uses images in their signatures which wrecks havoc on sw systems like this.

Hi Walter,

The first link was raised 2 years ago and the second 5 years ago. This would make it seem as if it is not going to be changed.

So will they ever be actioned or am I wasting my time?
