When creating a new request using a request type that is hidden form portal I get this error - Error The request type you are trying to view does not exist.
When I move the new request type to be visible in the portal it works ok. This is the same for an issue type that is used.
Apparently, when you make a request type "hidden" in JSD, it's doing more than simply making it not shown on the list of request types. It's actually prohibiting users from seeing the request type.
Hi @Ajay
Is there a way to have the request type unhidden in the user portal but and only allow certain users to select it?
