New Automation Option is missing

Morning,

I have tried to access the Automation screen in my Service Project this morning to amend a rule, but only the legacy option is available.

The only why I can see rules is to go to the Global Automation screen.

As far as I know I have made no changes and Bills have been paid in full.

Can anyone help.
