Hello Community Members,
We are currently in process of evaluating IT Service Management solutions. In terms of features and functionalities, ServiceNow ticks most our boxes. However, Jira is a big part of our ecosystem hence I am considering Jira SD as it will be a better cultural fit for us. I need some guidance and input to gauge limitations of Jira SD vis-à-vis ServiceNow specially in the area of Change Management.
For example, is the change workflow static (same approvers for each change) or is it dynamic based on say component selected. (when I select component x, approver B is added to the workflow)
I’d really appreciate if I can get 4-5 key difference between the tools mentioned above for change management.
