Need an Idea in Automation for Copy Value from Parent

I need an Automation rule for copy a Value from One Issue to Another Issue.

Story:
Project: Demo
Issue Type(All Standard Issue type) : 

1. Alpha(Parent)
2. Beta
3. Gamma
4. Delta
5. Zeta

Now coming to JSM project. Alpha is the main issue connects other four requests if required. Also we have created a field called "Update Parent key ID: DEMO-127" If the keys matches it will be linked to the parent issue key i.e., Alpha

Now my requirement needs one more step, i.e., Copy a Field value from Parent  Issue to One child Issue (Delta). Added a Field data 
For Example: I have a Project Budget field in Alpha and wanted to copy the value to Delta once Issue is created. 

But the problem is issue key, Since so many issues are creating. We need to match the Parent Issue Key and then copy the value to Delta Issue [ Field: Copy Budget: ]

How can we achieve this by Jira Automation ?

Is there any way for achieving it ? Please attach with a Screenshot if there is way we can achieve ?
