Não consigo fazer menções, marcar pessoas na descrição de cards. Quando coloco um @ ele não exibe a lista de membros do board

This is usually due to the fact that you don't have the global permission Browse users in Jira.

This permission can be granted by a Jira Administrator through Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions.
