I tried to use this link:  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

but I was unable to continue filling out the form.  After I put my link in "What is your URL?"

I was unable to continue.  How can I send my logs to Atlassian technical support?

Hello @Ty Sewell 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When filling out the support request, make sure that you click on Data Center on the right when selecting a product.

Then you will get a prompt to enter your SEN.

The prompt to enter your URL would apply only if you have selected a Cloud product.
