my account was deactivated without any notice ,
I've changed my credit card details how can I get the account back on
my R&D is shutdown as we can't reach neither confluence / jira
Welcome to the community. Based on what you provided, can you still access your cloud site via site administration (Settings - the clog wheel gear icon) to "Billing" option - https://admin.atlassian.com/?
If so, then you should be able to conduct your operations as previously after you updated your payment information. If not, you need to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further account assistance.
