Multiple selections to the one field

Hello 

I'm creating a Insight project.

I would like to to create an multiselect field to some attributes.

Now if I select one of the field types to be as an Object and link it some object reference, I can choose only one object to the attribute field.

So, my question is, that is there any way to define field as multi-selection field so that user could select more that one values from the list to the field?

I hope i can help you with the description of the following scenario. 

For Access Requests I am using the default ServiceRequest with approval issue type. 

To set the approver automatically from the context of the application I have 2 Insight fields implemented and some further automation. 

The 2 Fields are Application and Application Privileges . 1st is a single single choice and 2nd is multi choice.

You can see the configuration of both in the following screenshots.
