Hi,

Is there somewhere to get a demo of this feature if I am not able to join the early access program due to membership level?

I can provide some screenshots from my sandbox if that helps. Essentially your portal selection page (Help center) you can generate new ones that feature different projects which and each help center will have a different URL. So you could split help center to just IT projects, one center to HR, Finance, etc. let me know if there are different aspects you'd like to see and I'll see if I can record or screenshot it

Are you able to have different configuration settings per site? For example if you wanted one site to be customer facing and one to be internal you would likely want different configurations settings. Is that possible?

To my knowledge there are no additional configurations available with added help centers. You can have a different look and feel, and also have different portals display in each help center and that seems to be the extent of the new feature.

Unless your projects are split between internal and customer facing then you could create that differentiation but if they're in the same project once you click into the portal it's the same portal groups and request types. I'm looking for a similar feature as well to house my Change Request form and keep it separate from the rest of the IT requests/incidents
