Hello,
We have two companies with the same employees working for them.
We use "Jira Software" and "Jira Service Desk" for one of the two company. The look and feel is customized for this company, as well as the domain name pointing to this server. We're planning to upgrade licenses and join the second company to "Jira Software" and "Jira Service Desk".
Is there a way to have multiple look and feel and domain name for the projects under the same server ? The goal is for users to have a separated environnment for the two companies. (Not only at a project level)
If there is no possibilites, do you propose special price for two companies (two server instances) used by the same physical persons ?
Thanks in advance for your answers !
Hi John,
Thanks for your question.
Using multiple domain names and individual look ’n feel for each project is currently not possible out of the box with Jira/JSD under the same server.
You can, however, have different domain names for each customer portal (per project) by configuring your network to redirect to each customer portal URL.
In regards to your specific license needs, feel free to reach out to our Sales team at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Thank you,
Ivan,
Jira Service Desk
Dear Jira Service Desk,
in case of having different domain names for each customer portal (per project) by configuring your network and redirecting to each customer portal URL, how looks like the billing? Can we have separate billing for each domain?
Thank you in advance for your answer!
Kind regards,
Marta
