If I have two people working on an incident or service request, can I have them both enter time on a ticket? It appears that two people can enter time but it all gets combined into a single total. I'd like to see - Analyst 1 spent 1 hr on Ticket A, Analyst 2 spent 30m on Ticket A.

You can see the hours logged in a unique way yes!
On the ticket, go to work log.
