Want to see what other people feel about the requirement to be on JSD Premium in order to support multiple help desks (the ability to have separate branded Help Desks)?
We were excited to see that it was a new feature, and initially thought that you needed to be on Premium for early access, but on closer inspection, it looks like it's only available in Premium.
Premium more than doubles costs, but there are no other features that we would need to use. Would love to hear about others have used Premium for.
