I have a creative team (web design, ads, video, etc..) and we currently use Trello and get ticketed creative requests via Jotform along with creating our own requests from emails or manually. I am looking at Jira as an option to better manage workflow, adding Figma files for instance is huge, along with the built-in form capability (to phase out Jotform) and probably the most important is for our internal teams making these requests to see who takes them on and be able to communicate all in one ticket.
Has anyone else made a switch like this? One thing I am struggling with is that we really like the Kanban style of Trello and I don't see that being an option for Jira Service Mgmnt, am I just missing it?
Any help or advice would be awesome.
